FolderHop

FolderHop 是一款运行在 macOS 菜单栏的轻量工具，让你一键打开常用文件夹：在 Finder 中打开、在终端中打开、在 Finder 中显示，或复制完整路径。你还可以为每个位置绑定全局快捷键，随时跳转。

1. 启动 FolderHop 后，点击菜单栏中的 FolderHop 图标（应用没有 Dock 图标，这是设计使然）。
2. 点击 + 按钮，通过系统文件夹选择器添加一个文件夹。系统授予的是只读访问权限，FolderHop 通过应用级安全书签（security-scoped bookmark）保存该授权。
3. 点击列表中的文件夹，即可在 Finder / 终端中打开、在 Finder 中显示，或复制其完整路径。
4. 在设置中为每个位置分配全局快捷键。快捷键绑定的是列表位置，而非具体文件夹——替换该位置的文件夹后快捷键依然有效。

为什么 Dock 里找不到 FolderHop？

FolderHop 是菜单栏应用，启动后只出现在屏幕右上角的菜单栏中。

FolderHop 会修改我的文件吗？

不会。FolderHop 对文件夹只有只读访问权限，仅在你主动点击「复制路径」时把路径写入系统剪贴板。

快捷键没生效？

请确认该位置已分配文件夹且快捷键未被其他应用占用，然后尝试在设置中重新录制快捷键。

FolderHop is a lightweight macOS menu-bar utility that gives you one-click access to your favorite folders: open in Finder, open in Terminal, reveal in Finder, or copy the full path. You can also bind a global hotkey to each slot and jump from anywhere.

1. Launch FolderHop and click its icon in the menu bar. (It has no Dock icon by design.)
2. Click the + button and pick a folder in the system folder picker. macOS grants read-only access, which FolderHop persists using an app-scoped security bookmark.
3. Click a folder in the list to open it in Finder or Terminal, reveal it in Finder, or copy its full path.
4. Assign global hotkeys in Settings. Hotkeys belong to list positions, not to specific folders — they keep working when you swap the folder in that slot.

Why can't I find FolderHop in the Dock?

FolderHop is a menu-bar app — once launched, it lives in the menu bar at the top right of your screen.

Can FolderHop modify my files?

No. FolderHop only has read-only access to the folders you choose. It writes a path to the system pasteboard only when you explicitly choose Copy Path.

My hotkey isn't working.

Make sure the slot has a folder assigned and the hotkey isn't taken by another app, then try recording the hotkey again in Settings.
